Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Search Visibility ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users including free and paid accounts.
Section 2
Description of Service
AI Search Visibility is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audit platform. It analyzes publicly accessible web pages for AI citation readiness across 7 dimensions.
The Service produces AI readiness scores (0-10), identifies specific issues, and provides prioritized fix recommendations with code-ready solutions.
Audits are performed on-demand. The Service does not provide continuous monitoring, keyword research, or backlink analysis.
Section 3
Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. Authentication is handled via Firebase Auth — we do not store passwords directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
Section 4
Audit Packs & Payments
- •Free accounts receive 5 audits per month with limited report visibility
- •Paid audit packs are one-time purchases — no subscriptions, no recurring charges
- •Purchased audit credits never expire and are stackable across purchases
- •Each audit consumes one credit and analyzes one URL
- •All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- •Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
Section 5
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service to audit URLs you do not own or have authorization to analyze
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the audit scoring algorithms
- •Use automated scripts or bots to submit audits without written authorization
- •Resell or redistribute audit reports commercially without our consent
- •Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- •Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier
Section 6
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its audit methodology, scoring algorithms, and user interface, is owned by AI Search Visibility and protected by intellectual property laws.
Audit reports generated for your URLs are yours to use, share, and export. The underlying audit system, scoring models, and platform remain our property.
Section 7
Data & Privacy
We analyze publicly accessible URLs only. We do not access authenticated or private pages.
Audit data is retained for 30 days and is user-deletable at any time from your dashboard.
We do not use your data to train AI models.

Section 8
Disclaimers
- No citation guarantees. The Service provides AI readiness assessments. A high GEO score increases the likelihood of AI citation but does not guarantee it.
- Point-in-time assessments. Audit results reflect the state of the page at the time of analysis. Page content, AI engine behavior, and algorithms change frequently.
- As-is basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Search Visibility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for audit packs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Section 10-12
Changes, Termination & Contact
Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused audit credits are forfeited.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
